We do not guarantee that the site will be free from errors, or that all functions will always be available, or that product info, pricing, or stock availability will always be accurate. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at our discretion.

Misuse (fraudulent orders, return abuse, false reviews) may lead to account suspension.
Prices on XionCart may include or exclude taxes as noted by the seller. Buyers are responsible for VAT, customs duties, or local taxes based on delivery location. XionCart and sellers comply with Bangladesh’s tax regulations. Additional charges may apply if required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be settled exclusively in Dhaka courts.
