Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns- The item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery.
- You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item meets the return conditions listed below.
Note: A return request must include photo/video proof of the issue for verification.
Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested beyond this window will not be accepted, except in special warranty cases.
Return Conditions
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include all original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and packaging
- Not be damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Have a valid reason (see section 5 below)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care items (skincare, cosmetics, grooming tools)
- Innerwear, lingerie, and hygiene-related products
- Downloadable or digital goods
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Used or activated electronic items after the return window
⚠️ Electronic Appliances & Mobile Phones: After usage or once the return period has expired, product issues must be addressed through the seller or brand warranty.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Product is defective or not working
- Wrong item, size, or color delivered
- Missing accessories or components
- Product not as described on the website
Change of mind or personal dislike after use is not considered a valid reason for return.

- Eligible: Damaged, defective, wrong size/color, or not as described.
- Request within 7 days.
- Unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Non-returnable: Innerwear, lingerie, socks unless defective.
Men’s & Boys’ Fashion
- Eligible: Wrong size, style, or damaged.
- Request within 7 days.
- Original condition with all tags.
- Non-returnable: Undergarments, socks unless faulty.
Electronics
- Eligible: Dead on arrival, damaged, or not as described.
- Report within 7 days.
- Unused, with all accessories and packaging.
- Important: Used items handled via seller/brand warranty.
Kids (Fashion, Toys & Baby Products)
- Eligible: Incorrect, defective, or damaged.
- Clothing unused with tags, toys unopened in packaging.
- Non-returnable: Diapers, baby hygiene items, feeding accessories unless defective.
Sports
- Eligible: Wrong, damaged, or defective.
- Unused, with tags and packaging.
- Non-returnable: Opened safety gear unless damaged at delivery.
Health & Beauty
- Eligible: Damaged, leaking, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: Open skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care unless defective.
Exercise & Fitness
- Eligible: Wrong, defective, or broken.
- Equipment unused, apparel unwashed, with original tags.
- Non-returnable: Used fitness trackers, yoga mats unless defective.
Exchange Policy (All Categories)
Exchange is subject to product availability and meeting return eligibility conditions. If exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned product, typically within 7–10 business days.
